Term of Services

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging JAS2 Constructions (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) for any of our services, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties involved. Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

2. Scope of Services

The Company provides kerbing and paving, brickwork, concrete, and foundation services. The scope of each project, including design, materials, timelines, and costs, will be detailed in a written contract prior to commencement. Any additional services requested by the Client must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.

3. Project Timeline

The Company will make every effort to complete the project within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather, supply chain issues, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, the Client will be informed promptly, and a revised timeline will be provided.

4.Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information about the project, ensuring access to the site, and obtaining any necessary permits or approvals unless agreed otherwise. Any delays caused by the Client, including lack of access or incomplete information, may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

5. Site Safety and Access

The Company takes site safety seriously and complies with all relevant health and safety regulations. The Client must ensure the site is free of hazards and provide clear access for equipment and personnel. The Company reserves the right to halt work if safety standards are not met.

6. Changes to the Project

Any changes to the project scope must be communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Changes may affect the timeline and cost of the project. The Company will provide an updated quote or invoice reflecting these changes.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made by the Client must be provided in writing. Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made within 7 days of payment. Refunds for any additional payments will be assessed based on work completed and materials procured at the time of cancellation. The Company reserves the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund of unused funds will be issued.

8. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, along with the project contract, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. No other agreements, representations, or warranties shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

By proceeding with JAS2 Constructions, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
